Specifically, the work will include updatexs and changes tothe site’s user information architecture and design According to GSA’s pre-solicitation, the contractor needs expertise in project management, and the abilitg to “deliver a website with interactive and web-application level functionality.
” The solicitation also stateas that the Recovery and Accountability RATB, which oversees stimulus rules and is open to “recommendations for technology improvementsw for version 2.0 and beyond, including the hostiny platform, database technology, CMS, programming languages, Work on the site, however, is only availabl to the 59 contractors that hold a positionh on GSA’s governmentwide acquisition contract known as Alliant.
